About the position

As a job coach/matching specialist, you will work both individually and in groups with participants in Rusta & Matcha. Your focus is to quickly and sustainably lead people to employment, internships, or studies.

Your main tasks:

• Conduct individual conversations and lead group meetings/workshops
• Match candidates to employment, internships, or studies
• Set goals, follow up, and document according to the Employment Service's guidelines
• Build and maintain employer networks and collaborations
• Contribute to method and quality development within the team

• Languages: Fluent Swedish and Arabic (required)

Formal qualifications (meet one of the options)

Option 1

• University education, at least 180 credits
• At least 2 years relevant work experience (full-time)

Option 2

• At least 1 year of post-secondary education (e.g., YH, military, police, etc.)
• At least 3 years of full-time work in one of:
• Management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment / restructuring / career guidance
• Study and career guidance
• Labor market/integration work
• Social psychology or related field

➡️ Foreign qualifications must be validated by UHR and experience must be substantiated with service certificates.

Location & extent

• Location: Turebergs Allé 2, Sollentuna (on-site)
• Extent: 60 %
• Start date: By agreement
